Theme of the Congress: HEALTH AND LONGEVITY OF THE BALKAN
This event is an unique occasion to gather physicians and medical specialists from the Balkan countries (in alphabetical order: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, FYROM, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey), representatives of the Medical Academy of France, Balkan professionals in military medicine, researchers and specialists from the pharmaceutical industry, representatives of the health systems, united by the aim to discuss the different aspects of health and longevity. Seven types of evidence indicating high individual well-being that lead to better health and longevity (such as life satisfaction, absence of negative emotions, optimism, and positive emotions) are reviewed. The aim of the Congress is to assess their relevance in the Balkan countries.
The scientific program will be completed by an attractive social program, that will lead to the success of this meeting.
